Most people don’t arrive at hypnobirthing in a panic, but because they may be feeling uncertain. It's tough when there is so much information and an overwhelming amount of decisions. Â
That's why IÂ developed a course that gives you something steady to practise and lean on, feeling supported as you go.Â
From the bestselling author of Mindful Hypnobirthing
This award-winning course is built around guided hypnotherapy audios and simple practice - you can practice if you’re waiting for an appointment, lying awake at 3am, or you’ve got ten minutes before work.
It's even on an app so it's simple to access anywhere at anytime.Â
You’ll know exactly what to prepare and practise when you’re tired, busy, or plans change.
- Listen-first learning: start with the audios and follow the videos
- Real, usable skills: self-hypnosis you can use in the moment with confidence
- Partner-ready: clear prompts so your birth partner knows what's happening and what to do.
The difference it can make           Â
AliceÂ
It was amazing. I used your book and techniques for all three of my births. They helped me every time, and the third birth was the best one yet.
Helen
Before I did you course I had completed a well-known online course with a different hypnobirthing provider. This goes so much further.
Millie
Birthing was my number one fear, now it's my greatest achievement. It really makes the experience more magical. It changed how I felt about birth.
Natasha
I didn’t need everything to go to plan to feel positive about my birth. The course helped me stay steady and make choices that felt right for me.
This shows how preparation can change how birth is remembered.
This course works well if...
âś… You want practical tools, not scripts to memorise
✅ You prefer listening to reading when you’re tired
âś… You want to feel calm and clear if plans change
✅ You’re not aiming for a “perfect birth”, but want a positive experience
âś… You want something your partner can actually engage with
If you’re looking for a rigid method or guaranteed outcomes, this probably isn’t the right fit.
How the course works (and why it’s different)
This course is a hypnotherapist and doula led, mindset based approach that teaches you practical skills for pregnancy, birth that can be carried over into the postnatal period.Â
You’re guided through a clear sequence of audios, short videos, and simple practice, so you always know what to do next - even if you’re tired or overwhelmed. Plus, you have the option to choose some support so you can ask questions and really feel confident whatever arises.Â
3 simple stepsÂ
-
Listen: start with the guided hypnotherapy audios (they’re comprehensive, with choice built in).
-
Practise: learn a small set of core techniques, supported by short repeatable mini audio-tracks.
-
Apply: use the skills for your real birth - spontaneous labour, induction, Caesarean, or anything in between.
What makes this course different?Â
-
Expert-led: taught by an experienced hypnotherapist and doula - not a script reading relaxation course.
-
Hypnosis + mindfulness: you’re learning nervous-system skills as well as hypnotherapy techniques, so what you learn holds up under pressure.
-
Comprehensive audio library: structured audios that cover you may really need as your pregnancy progresses. And if not's there, ask me.Â
-
Genuinely partner-ready: a partner tip at the end of every module and technique, so they know how to help without guessing.
Resources that make this easy to stick with
You won’t be left wondering what to do next. The course is audio-led, with short videos and practical resources that make it easy to practise, even when you’re busy.
- Guided hypnotherapy audio library: 25+ comprehensive tracks with short and longer options so you can choose what fits your day
- Light touch weekly practice guide: I provide a practice sheet you can follow and fill in yourself after you have done the course.
- Practice cards + journal prompts: quick, repeatable and easy to follow
- Partner support built in:Â partner tips at the end of every module and technique
- Extra guidance for induction and Caesarean: use the tools flexibly, whatever happens
You don’t need to use everything. The resources are there so you can choose what helps.

Meet Sophie
I’m a hypnotherapist, author, and doula with many years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and major life transitions.
Over the last 20 years I've worked with thousands of clients, written bestselling books on hypnobirthing and early motherhood, and trained professionals to use hypnosis and mindfulness safely and ethically.
What shapes this course most is my clinical background. I don’t teach scripts to memorise or techniques that only work when everything goes to plan. I teach knowledge and skills that help your nervous system stay steady, so you can think clearly, adapt, and make choices that feel right for you.
My approach combines hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and practical preparation - grounded in how people actually learn under pressure.
What I want for you.Â
It's not just about birth, I know that a positive experience of birth can make a difference to the intense early weeks and months of parenting and the mental well-being of both parents - and I want this for you. This course takes this into account and even has a follow on book and audio "Mindful Mamma" to seamlessly move to that next stage, with support that doesn't stop at birth.Â
