Terms and Conditions for The Mindful Hypnobirthing Practitioner Course

 

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling in the online training course. By enrolling in the course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

 

Enrollment and Payment:

  1. To enroll in the online training course, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of enrollment, unless otherwise specified.
  3. The online training course is considered a digital product, and all fees paid for enrollment are non-refundable.

 

Course Access:

  1. Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will be granted access to the online course materials for the specified duration.
  2. Access to the course materials is non-transferable and may not be shared with others.
  3. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary technical requirements, such as a reliable internet connection and compatible devices, to access and participate in the course.

 

Intellectual Property:

  1. All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, documents, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Sophie Fletcher.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the course materials without the explicit written permission of the course provider.
  3. You may not produce the course, materials or tracks in a pre-recorded content to sell as a product

 

Course Content:

  1. The course provider makes every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date content. However, they do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the course materials.
  2. The course materials are intended for educational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice. You are responsible for verifying the applicability and suitability of the information provided in the course to your specific circumstances.

 

Code of Conduct:

  2. Any violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without refund.

Recording and Reproduction:

You acknowledge and agree that recording, reproducing, or distributing any part of the online training course, including but not limited to videos, audio, text, images, and interactive elements, is strictly prohibited without the explicit written permission of Sophie Fletcher, the course provider.
  2. You may not use any elements or materials from the course, in whole or in part, to integrate into your own course or training materials without obtaining prior written permission from Sophie Fletcher.
  3. Requests for permission to record, reproduce, distribute, or use elements of the course should be sent to Sophie Fletcher through the designated communication channels provided in the course.

By enrolling in the online training course, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this recording and reproduction policy. Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of your access to the course without refund and may be subject to legal action.

 

Validity Period and Monthly Fee:

  1. Upon enrollment and successful completion of payment, you will be granted access to the online training course for a period of 12 months from the date of enrollment, unless otherwise specified.
  2. After the initial 12-month period, to maintain access to the course materials, you will be required to pay a monthly fee as determined by the course provider.
  3. The monthly fee will be payable in advance, and failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the course.
  4. The course provider reserves the right to modify the monthly fee or the payment terms with prior notice. Any changes will be communicated to you through the designated communication channels provided in the course.

By enrolling in the online training course, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the validity period and monthly fee policy. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the course.

 

GDPR Compliance:

  1. The course provider is committed to protecting your personal data and ensuring compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and any applicable data protection laws.
